Gordon Gooding has been successful in start-up, turn around, and public company leadership situations in diverse markets as both a CFO and CEO. Gordon’s area of focus has primarily been retail, where he has led the development, funding, and execution of business models for both start-up and turn-around enterprises.

Before arriving at Paragon, Gordon was the founder of Naartjie USA where he led the acquisition of Naartjie SA, and worked with the management team that expanded the combined company from 3 stores to 55 locations.

Gordon is a member of the Advisory Board of the Business and Management Faculty of UC Berkeley Extension.
